The Power of Habit

For three weeks I forced myself to do it.
After 3 weeks it was not so bad and continued to get easier.
After 3 months I no longer realized I was doing it.
It was habit to do 100 push ups.

Set your alarm daily for 2 am, after several weeks you will wake up at 2 am without the alarm.
The human brain is wonderful.

I did NOT use this book to get sober or quit smoking but when I was reading it it just hit home and I saw that I was using several techniques mentioned in the book..

I HIGHLY recommend this book to make life changing habits.
