Hi everyone, got this terrible flu bug going round and have been laid up in bed for a week now. I can honestly say I've never felt so ill in all my life. Anyone else out there. Btw, it sure eliminates all thoughts of poisoning myself with alcohol, is this Gods way of telling me something. The way I feel I never, ever will drink again I feel so terrible, thanks for listening x

Hey Lilly. I had it the Saturday b4 christmas. Got sick really fast. Had GI flu the week b4,then came down with really high fever and hurt to breathe and cough. Good thing I had a round of anitbiotics on hand. Feeling better but it took about 2 weeks for me. Haven't been that sick in years. Hope you feel better soon. Rest,fluids and time should help.If not see your doc. Its really hitting hard and some have died from it.

I had some sort of virus last weekend. I spent a lot of time in my bathroom last weekend we'll just leave it that. But yeah no desire to drink at all for the last week because of all of that. Almost don't need AA this week, lol.

Good point Penny!!! Hope you're feeling better soon, it has been going around, and a lot of people have been knocked right out of commission. :ghug3
