Starting today is great! Today is the best time of all to do this. Consider this though: maybe 'Stopping today' is what we need to do instead.
Believe you can do this thing, because you can. You are stronger and smarter than your addiction. Your addiction can make you crave something, but it can't force you to do a single thing. And the cravings are only temporary, you can come out on the upside if you choose.
