Weekend Almost Over

Almost there... Weekends are my trouble spots, drink too much, eat too much, they always fly by and then Monday comes with a headache and a groan. Thanks for helping everyone.

That's why it's so important to change routines. I personally keep busy around the house improving things.

Me three. I really think having wine then leads to my 0vereating and it is all a big binge. Oh I hate this. I do think it is an excellent idea to change my routine. Any suggestions? My weekend usually starts with a glass of wine but I think next weekend it may start with going for a run rather than wine

My problem starts in the afternoon, around 4. Instead I got a movie with my son, did dishes, left the house to go look at lights and went to a meeting. Can't have wine if I went to a meeting.

Next week... Gym time or jogging with the dog. My over eating and imbibing go hand in hand.

Good job on making it through, tamerua. Be proud of yourself. I know we say it so much here, but it will get better and easier. You're doing great.
