Noob. Fixing events of the past is tuff

Im a noobie need to write about fixing events of the past. Wow is it a challenge emotionally. I find it exausting. I often attempt to simply think things into being fixed and that is just a vicious cycle that gets nothing accomplished and leaves me drained.

Welcome to SR. Yeah, it's tough and the consequences can last for a long, long time. However, you might find it helpful to make a list of what you need to do and then do one thing at a time and mark it off your list. Sometimes breaking our chunks into smaller pieces makes them easier and not so overwhelming.

Hang in there. Keep doing the next right thing and putting one foot in front of the other and you will find that you are making progress.

Repairing and making amends about past events requires action, courage and for me, someone to bounce things off of while I am doing the work. Thinking things into being fixed is an exercise in futility and like you said, accomplishes nothing.

Do you have a plan to do this?
