I can't really help you since I still can't get to day one, but I feel you and I get it...until you get to day one on your own I'm not sure you'll get much here, although I do understand why you came here and that is the first step, just keep coming back don't give up.....I haven't comitted yet but it still helps to come and read..sometimes it gives you the courage to get there and miracles do happen I believe :ghug3
