Using AVRT to Help You Achieve Alcohol Free Days

AVRT is something I just discovered, and I really like it, a lot:
Rational Recovery | The Crash Course On AVRT
Dunno about SMART, but pretty sure it's along the same lines as AVRT.
There is a section in this Forum that deals with AVRT, SMART and other remedies.

There is an SR forum that is devoted to discussing SMART, LifeRing, SOS, AVRT and other alternatives to 12 step programs. It's called Secular Connections because your religious and spiritual beliefs are yours and aren't relevant to the topics there.

I suggest that you google AVRT and SMART directly for information on these topics. That will give you an understanding of what they are and how they can help you, and you can also ask questions and participate in the discussions on that SR forum.

I just removed some posts that had very little to do with your original post.

Generally if you don't get a PM from me or another mod, you yourself have done nothing wrong windancer.
