Just knocked off 3 minutes on my time for a new personal record of 1hr and 34 mins.

My weight goes up or down 2 or 3 lbs depending on how much I'm running.

I can do 6 miles or so in an hour only been running a few months eager to hit the level your at way to go. I keep trying to get my speed up.
