I enjoyed it and shed a tear sitting there watching the old me on the big screen

my girlfriend yawned at several points (we were tired), but she liked the movie overall.
ETA: If you are trying to quit smoking cigarettes, there is a lot of that in this film.

I remember the powerful alcoholic scenes with Denzel in Courage Under Fire but he excels at this role as only a fellow teetotaler could.
