Going to get back on the horse and get going again. This board has been extremely helpful for me in the past. Working on my plan now. Could really use some mental encouragement now.

What is your plan? Write it out - all of the things you will do differently and what you can use for support. You can do it. You are back and that's what counts.

Thanks Eilzsabeth. I am actually considering flying out to Ration Recovery for a 4 day stretch with Jack Trimpley. Other than that I am trying to make it through the first 5 days so i have some clarity. If I cannot fly out there then I may buy the DVD's.

I dont know what three you off.... Perhaps put a plan in place to deal with the moment things start to go sideways. I have been sober for almost two weeks and I have some support people's #'s on speed dial, have found some new favourite beverages (Tazo Wild Sweet Orange tea numnum).

Making a plan sounds good.

I wish you strength to pull through those moments. You obviously regret when you don't. Think of how happy you would have been to wake up sober on the other side of that moment you decided to drink.

Head down and make a plan. You will hold your head up higher in the end
