Can't give medical advice, but this has happened to me before - when i was pregnant with a nasty cough cold so no booze or cigs. Doctor said it was a burst blood vessel from the strain of sneezing/coughing.
That said, I only found that out by getting checked out. I think you should too as it may be something completely different

Go see a doc, but it's probably nothing if it's coming from your nose and there's not a whole lot of it. I get blood in my mucous almost every time I get a cold. Have since I was a kid.
If you're coughing up bloody mucous, I think that might be an emergency worthy of the ER.
