going strong here.

Just got upset with my brother which is a BIG trigger for me. i literally thought about it for a second, and then just kept telling myself that it would only make it worse. problem avoided :)

doing a little cooking in bulk for the week, and just enjoying the rain at home

Great job! It reminds me of something I heard once. They developed the Hydrogen bomb by splitting an atom. All of that power is in something so tiny and released in a nanosecond. All of the power of alcoholism is held in a split second decision. You made a good decision not to drink... It was stated much better than this, but I hope you get it...

What else are you doing to stay sober ? Meetings ?

I hope you are going to meetings or getting help of some sort whatever way you choose I am from Southie/Dot and there are SO SO many GREAT meetings in Boston! Be sure to take advantage of them if AA is what you feel s for you or at least give it a chance. PM me if you want to know some of the best ones.
