Drinking is present everywhere. We love venison, including my wife and kids. It is my passion and the people I hunt with are not big drinkers anyways. I do see your point. AA taught me people, places and things. All I know is I could not be around any alcohol when I was in early sobriety and even today I tolerate drinking situations but still avoid them. I may be wrong but I bet your wife and kids would much rather have a sober husband and father than venison for dinner. All I know is I could not be around any alcohol when I was in early sobriety and even today I tolerate drinking situations but still avoid them. All about choices |
UTGrad, you're not alone here. I, myself, am in the midst of getting my plan into action and everyone here will do everything to encourage and help you just as they have me. Just remember, your life is worth it. |
