Alright. I am taking one more crack at this.

I am going to dive headfirst back into the Small Book along with Taoist and Zen Buddhist writings to find the strength and strategy to give up drinking for good. I have only had minor setbacks with a few Beers here and there however I still do not like how it feels and where it may lead me if left unchecked. The beast keeps winning and I cannot allow that to happen any more. Here is to the first day of sobriety all over gain.

It worked for me

Tried a lot of different things, Rational Recovery, Shrinks, on my own, High End Rehab X2. When I was out of options and desperate I tried AA. Can not argue with results been clean and sober for 3 + year and happier than anytime in my entire life.
