Hi again....
Many of us here are winning over alcohol useing a variety of
concepts...ideas..methods and some use a structured program.
AA has proven to be an awesome adventure in living sober for me.

Day 2. Gym joined and going on a low carb diet.
I hope to end this programme fitter in mind and body. I expect to find the first 4/5 days easy, then the craving for alcohol will start. Everytime I want a drink I will work out and go for a swim.
