Day Two and one of my reasons
Here is one of my reasons for sobriety. I'm on day two, and feeling great. I got a couple of hours till day three. And then 24 hours till day four! I'm just taking it day by day but so far, as long as I keep busy, I'm getting there.
And here she is. She's the youngest of my four babies. I guess I can't call them all babies because other than Abby (pictured and at age nine months) the kids are 9, 11, and 16!
She's only eating tin pasta in this pic but she LOVES it!

I can't say that it's easy. I'd give anything right now for a beer. But then I look at my kids and I think about how nice it is NOT to be hung over, and it gives me strength!
Looking forward to the future!

I'm glad you're back, I was a wee bit worried about your beer and benzos binge a few days ago...
Abby is a cute kid. Don't worry about considering your kids babies, I'm almost 27 and my mom still thinks of me as her baby.

Hang in there. Remember when the cravings start knocking on the door to play the tape all the way through. The one where you wake up in the morning hungover, and say Damn,I did it again. Don't give in.
