heavy weekend of drinking.

So 1 week ago I went on a bachelor party golfing trip. Started drinking on Friday nite but not to bad. Saturday started real early drinking on the golf course. 18 holes of golfing and drinking beers and liquor. Then lunch had 2 beers there. Then when we got back to cabin the drinking really began. Started with beer then shots and I might of drank a 5th of jeager not sure about spelling there. Blacked out so I'm really not sure how bad I got. Woke up sunday not feeling to bad but by Sunday night really hit me hard. No big deal I thought a couple of days of resting should be fine. Now a week later I'm week shaking can't sleep. Can this be a withdrawal for this long. All I can do is stay in bed cause I'm so week. Never gonna drink again.

Welcome Floyd! This is a great place for support & encouragement.

I hope you'll see a doctor. Not sure if withdrawal would be that intense after a week. You're right to be concerned - glad you're reaching out for some help.

How much and how often were you drinking before the bachelor party ?

See a doctor.

Perhaps you had alcohol poisoning, but we are not experts. Just some really good people with lots of experience if you wanna stop for good !
