Well i dont ever intend on topping up with depression, alcohol is evil, i can see that now

Shakes head and body aches have all gone now but brain fog is still here, only on day 9 so ill live in hope it goes. I still feel abit anxiety jittery but im hoping that will go as well

It took me a few weeks to feel less foggy, cheese. It went away all together, though. We've damaged ourselves badly & need time to heal. Glad you are on your way to a better life.
