One Month Sober!!
I have now passed the month mark and I'm thrilled to bits, some days are harder than others but with the support of my partner and little girls I feel stronger and more determined.
There are times when it is very, very difficult, both physically and mentally, but I'm starting to feel physically stronger and its the first time in ten years that I actually sleep properly. I'm still finding it very difficult to get into a regular pattern with eating meals, when drinking I would basically not eat, I'm hoping that corrects itself soon, I just seem to have no appetite despite being far more active. Is this a common thing?
I've spent time reading other peoples stories on the forum and I've found so much inspiration, Its just so reassuring knowing that your not alone.

Good for you!! Wonderful news that you are feeling physically stronger and enjoying good sleep.
I don't know how long you drank, but it takes a toil on our bodies, and we need time to recover. I imagine that appetite and normalcy will return as you continue healing.
Congrats again, and thanks for sharing with us.
