Another life ended due to alcoholism
Hello again.
I'll make this short. Today i got the news that one of my ex drinking buddies has passed away. From what i was told
he had been drinking non stop since midsummers eve and they found him face down in a ditch a few days ago. He was only 41 years old and left behind a 17 year old daughter.
RIP my friend. May you now find the piece that life could not give you.
To everyone here. Thank you all so much for the support you have showed and given me and others that struggle with this terrible disease.
Keep the faith.

So sorry to hear that you have lost a friend. I feel as though this is becoming more and more common. I have recently heard of so many people losing their lives due to alcoholism, and each time I am so saddened to learn that someone was unable to win the fight against it. Again, I'm sorry about your loss. It may not make it any easier, but thank you for sharing this with us and reminding us that we can never go back. Thinking of you today.
RIP.
His struggles are over now.
May he be greeted by my cousin who drank himself to death 11/2010.
My sympathies to you at this time of loss. In this difficult time stay true to your sobriety, as you may be more vulnerable now.

I am so sorry to hear this. It makes me very sad, but it is a necessary reminder to those of us that continue the fight.
My prayers to you, your friend, and to your friend's family and all who knew him. I am so very sorry.
