i want freee numbers i can ring from my mobile, before i flip

Did you know you can also use Skype to call any number? The way my PAYG mobile works I can't call 0845/0844 numbers as part of my free minutes so have always thought I was stuck, but tried it with Skype and it works, you just talk to them through your computer as you would a phone!
It's definitely worth looking into if you rarely have credit just in case you need to call somebody in an emergency.
