Day 5

This is usually the day I start drinking again, because physically I'm feeling better and I start getting cravings for beer really bad. I also have the next two days off so it's even more of a reason I'd usually have at least a couple tonight. And today when I got off at 4 I definitely almost went and got a six pack, but instead I cleaned out the inside of my car which was much needed. Then I took it to the car wash and vacuumed the inside, then I got home and even cleaned the windows on the car. I never clean my car. People are going to be amazed haha. But now I am just hanging out looking forward to not being hungover on my day off tomorrow.

Well done

Try something different, don't pick up that drink on your usual day and see how you go.

That is what I thought in my early days, let's try something different here. I wanted to change my life, so it made sense to cut out the booze and I am so much more in control of my life now... over 6 months on.

You can do anything, believe it.
