Someone a while back posted about a site that shows local stuff that you can go to to meet people with similar interests. It was something like meetup.com or meetup.org, if I remember.

I'm thinking of looking into it to find a paintball game (never did it before but I'm so frustrated that I feel like "whacking" someone today)

ok...laugh: snowboarding would be really difficult here in northern michigan this time of year. think i'd end up with, ummm.. hill rash( the nasty cousin of road rash). and possibly locked up in a nut ward or covered up in a hospital bed.
