You will get it eventually. I probably went through at least 20 false starts before I got it. Each one was accompanied by withdrawal sickness. Eventually you will get tired of it and quit for good. In my experience 90 days is the magic number. If you can make it to 90 days your risk of relapse goes way down. I got to 30 days many times and then relapsed. But when I made it to 90 I did not. I'm at one year now, and there is no way I will ever drink again. I'd rather stab myself in the eyeball with a pencil.
