Day 1 completely sober over !
Well.... I got through Day 1 
Not too hard, thought about alcohol a lot, had the brain head off on the crazy thought pattern of maybe I don't have a problem and I am overreacting, but I made it through !!! I am now tucked up in bed and about to turn off the lights. Day 1 down now onto Day 2 !
