1 week and some tea.
I got drunk last Friday, red wine mixed with diet coke...yuk.
So anyway, I've been on the wagon for 7 days now and today is normally a drinking day...perhaps some temptation but not too bad.
I've found that a nice mug of tea (with milk and sugar) is fantastic, in fact I was actually buzzing afterwards!

I know there is no need for me to be craving alcohol anymore....I'm not.
I mean I wasn't ever a "full blown" alcoholic just had an unhealthy obsession with getting a buzz.
So anyways I should stop thinking about myself and just live....
cheers.

Man, wish I had such dramatic weight loss! I did loose 5 pounds when I quit drinking in April. Never a good thing to drink all of your calories.

hope this will be your final go round with alcohol...
It's a liquid toxin and damages your body and mind...
that is true for all drinkers...not only alcoholics.
I suggest you check with a doctor..that is too much weight
to lose in a short time. It could be something else.
