I've started getting pains in my liver and kidneys and sometimes in my chest.. I know its due to alcohol, I do fine for few days then all of a sudden I will want an alcohol drink.

I'm actually considering putting myself into rehab or something or go back to high level were they used to help me with drink and I got therapies a counsellor. But the downside I've got is I don't want my social worker to find out would high level tell the social worker that I'm going back for help?
