I thought I'd be able to get one but nopeee, I still have my children my youngest is now 1 and its my eldest birthday on monday so I'm sup to be havin a party for him tomorrow but at this rate I don't know coz I can't sleep due to anxiety kickin in and its like 3:30am and I can't sleep

Have you tried ringing AA? Often they will send someone to see you so you can find out a bit more. Also these folks are great at solving the problem of how to get to meetings and still meet your other responsibilities, mainly because they've been there too and found a way out. It's worth the effort.
