Head is clearing up and I can now hold a small item i.e. pencil without shaking to much. As far as the plumbing...OK won,t go there lol....

One of the things still not quite right is the emotions, not depressed actually very happy I made it this long but i am telling ya, don't watch any chick flicks. Same movie a week ago no problem!, but now the teary ones are killing me. I guess you could say I kept that part of me BOTTLED up for a long long time.

Thanks Sugarbear, unfortunately the only English ones are in Belize City. I am about 50 miles off the mainland on an Island (four hour boat ride each way) on a bumpy boat. I am doing AVRT and it is more how my brain works.

Good job on your 6 days! My emotions were all over the place, too. It's good to feel again. It will all even out. Glad the shakes are almost gone - you're doing great.
