Mum's wine

I got back into drinking.....

drank 2 beers that's OK...but then I sneakily bought 2 miniature bottles of red wine, then I opened a bottle of my Mum's Prosecco without her permission!!!!

I drank 1 and a half glasses of the prosecco then put the bottle back in the fridge.....

**** I really f8cked up. I wish I hadn't stolen my mums wine she will be sooooo mad!

maybe stealing your mums wine is actually the least of your worries HS?
Sling her the money to replace the bottle.

What are your plans to stop you returning to drinking again?

I agree dude. Why do you still think that the 2 beers were okay? Trigger hon, trigger. What're you up to today?

Hi, unfortunately we had to get our dog put to sleep on Friday....we had him for 10 years so my family are really upset.

On a brighter note I am back on the wagon (not drinking)....
You're right those first 2 beers are just asking for trouble.

LOL at Dee's new Avatar pic!!!! Awesome

Hehe I wondered if you'd notice

So sorry about your dog hun, big hugs... and you are off the hook.

And did your mum notice the wine? And are you old enough to be drinking? :P

Why not talk to your mother about the fact that you find her wine hard to resist and see if she volunteers to keep it out of the house in your early sobriety? It is easier when you don't see it every time you open the fridge....

I guess that's not an option to ask my mum to keep wine elsewhere....I mean she only drinks 1 or 2 small glasses a week and I do get tempted when I see it poured..(sad i know).... anyway I'll have to just get used to being around others that do drink whilst I don't.....

I have to go now...cheers
