Best wishes today Dawnie. Stay calm, be centered, and think long term. Everything can be made to work for the best.

hi dawnie,

I was thinking of you today. sorry to hear you are still on the CP plan. have they given you targets to overcome the negatives-is it stuff you can work on? hopefully not drinking has gone in your favour. I don't know much about CP stuff-hope it is a goodish result for you today-3 months will pass quickly.

I think it'll could be a good thing too Dawnie - with that, and continued sobriety, I reckon this could be the start of you moving forward
