Health Update

I had my life insurance physical a couple of weeks ago and just got my results. Cholesterol was normal, liver enzymes, normal. I got a Preferred Plus rate, which will save me about $50 a month. Haven't had a drink since last may and I have lost about 30 pounds and have been working out very hard and consistently.

Great news on the clean bill of health. And 30lbs gone? Do you think you would have lost so,e weight even if you weren't woprking out so hard?
