I have the same mantra as you. If I have one drink, it won't be one drink, it will be a bottle that i may havea glass one night and maybe the next and then that will finish and I will convince myself I am OK.
The next thing that will happen is I will go out and then I won't be restricted to what I have in the house. I will no doubt drink to excess because I think I can control it... and then the cycle will begin again.
You seem to be doing lots of psoitive things and I really commend you.
