We wanted to make an offer on a house that we then found had sold 5 days ago, so a disappointment there. Big custom house, on 5 wooded flat acres with an indoor pool, at the end of the street in a nice neighborhood.
Woke up a bit disheartened.

Put an offer in on a house yesterday, should be hearing yea or nay soon. Not looking forward to the joys of moving long distance but the end result should be worthwhile.
If this one doesn't fly it won't break my heart, there'll be others. Big house, 3/4 acre, some nice big trees and on a quiet street with little traffic. Very active AA in the area, tons of groups nearby. Lots of sober friends say they'll be visiting the area in the future, so plenty of potential house guests. If it flies then a new adventure begins the end of April.
