hey everyone just checking in . i had a recent relapse but im on day 20 now. went back to aa, got a sponsor this time. i feel ok. just dealing with the numbness of early sobriety and not getting lit anymore. i am about to hit up a meeting they always make me feel better. thanks for the support

Glad to hear you're doing well. I'm no recovery role-model by any means but I can tell you from experience that once I got off the booze for a reasonable period of time, it became much more bearable (hated to say "easier") to stay off one day at a time. Best wishes.
