I wanted to share with you an amazing new resource for all those in recovery:
a new book just published by Jenifer M "Living the Promises"...coming to life on the road to recovery brings you wonderful stories, meditations, stategies, one day at a time (and with space on each day to write your own thoughts). A great new way to find joy, love and purpose on the road to recovery. I just love it...tiny bite size bits of wisdom, one day at a time. I have found it especially helpful in keeping my perspective each day.
