Hey BND...welcome here and thank you for your story. Mine was very similar, right down to the spaghetti and cookies..no lie. There is a much better life without alcohol. i hope and pray that you will stay stopped. You sound like a real intelligent and interesting person, and you will find that being sober brings a certain amount of self respect that only adds to it. God Bless
