AA Speaker Tapes : Listen To Alcoholics Anonymous Speakers has a free podcast you can subscribe to if you have or will install itunes - lots of pre-selected talks on there and most are really good.

XA-Speakers - The lights are on! is the motherload but you need to know the name of the speaker you're looking for or the place where they spoke - it's really a great site so long as you know who's talks you want to listen to (read through that thread suggested by Hope for some awesome talks to find on XA).
