:S I am sorry to hear that! Will a nice warm bath help relax you and make it pass? Dim the lights and just use candles or something? Sorry you're sick on top of it

deep breaths... sit down and pick a person to call, and call them. Not necessarily to talk about your panic attack, but about anything. Hearing a friend's voice is a healing thing.

Echoing Dee's advice - don't be afraid to call the doctor! They'd rather see you over a false alarm than not see you and it be serious.

Please let us know how you are.

Dawnie ..TG you seem to be fine again. Is your Partner available when you get Anxiety Attacks.......He should.3 Children are a handful at any time....especially at Christmas.
You seem to have some sort of upset Tummie......Extending to Feverishness.
I you are not getting any better see a Doctor.
When you are feeling better.....tell us about your Panic Attacks,Do you have them Long, have you any other ailments that could be causing you to Panic.

I suffered Panics attacks for years......Childhood Problems.
I now attend ACA,Adult Children Of Alcoholics.......... Im doing ok.
Happy new year to you and your 3 little Beauties.
