Do you have a private inspirational saying on display somewhere?
I have written on my whiteboard in the office the word "Zero". I wrote it there on the day I came home from a work application physical and they asked "How many units of alcohol per week". I was very please to say Zero.
My other was actually engraved on the back of the iPod I used for running - "Remember", as in the line from the Lion King "You are more than what you have become... REMEMBER who you are"

HA, I have a few sayings printed out and put on my fridge with magnets

Not all them are meant for my former addictions, but general ways in which my brain tends to work. And if they're offensive..pfft!!
