Interesting observation while boxing
 

I went boxing today and it was a big reality-check. I was asked to go in the ring and the trainer was in there doing the pad work and said "relax you stressed? Nervous?" and it seemed he new more about how I was feeling than some of the doctors I have encountered. I was feeling nervous, stressed and anxious and it was an interesting observation made by a skilled boxer. Maybe I have found a place where I belong and can grow.

I will add that I am 3 days sober and was locked up overnight on the weekend for public drunkeness.
