feeling good today

After the last couple of fridays where I drank until I had blackouts and then spent the whole week with withdrawl, feeling depressed, anxiety, shaking, tired, thinking about having a drink to calm my anxiety and not able to think right at work to today where I didn't drink this friday.

Today I woke up ready to go to work, ready to take on the whole day, rested, clear minded, with things to do and not having excuses for not doing them, enjoying the day.

I'm feeling happy today...

Welcome daniel! Oh, I remember those horrible days. Thankfully, we never have to go back there ever again. I hope you'll continue with that positive attitude.

Thank you for the positive post - and I am glad you are enjoying your Saturday. You can make it a double header this weekend by not drinking tonight and enjoying Sunday too!
