Scared!
 

Hi everyone. I am here because I am scared and want to quit. I am 27 years old (next month) and have been drinking for quite sometime. I am obsessing and obsessing over thinking I have liver disease. I have rash on my hands, knees, and elbow and itchy skin all over tonight. I have no insurace atm and can't afford more bills. Someone please help with my anxiety...

The worst part about anxiety is that it feeds on itself, but only if you let it do so. I generally have to keep my mind busy on other things (things I enjoy), from the moment I wake up until I go back to sleep. I cannot let my mind dwell on fear or I'd be going insane.
When Hurricane Ike hit our area my sister-in-law stayed with us in our house, she broke out in hives\rashes, but there was a rational reason for her anxiety... You really need to see if there is a clinic in your area that can check you out or else you will just be stressing yourself out due to an irrational fear.

I think it's important to see a Dr - at least set your mind at ease?

maybe you can find a free or low cost clinic near where you live?
