Hi dawnie24, I am sure the hospital or doctors can help. Have you been drinking (is this the next day hangover anxiety) or have you been sober for a while?

I have also been struggling with anxiety attacks for a long time & I can tell you with 100% certainty that my anxiety & panic attacks got much better after I quit drinking.

I went to hospital had to wait hours I kept havin slight panic attacks but was stayin strong for my son... They took xray on his hand he had lil cry bless him , he went into a room they cleaned his hand up under water etc he cried I were goin your a great boy jacob your doin fantastic your bein so brave I proper praised him , he sat down on my knee on hospital bed and let the nurses do their work ... We now have to go back friday mornin he's on different antibotics for his hand.. When we come home he had chocolate and his supper now he's asleep in bed...

I gotta take my daughter back to docs tomorrow and my son back to the hospital on friday mornin (plus I need to keep occupied) on thur ill do some xmas shoppin
