Gooooood Mooorning SR!!!
Day 5!!!!
This morning, as I was talking to some folks in my network on my way into work, I heard a sound I have not heard in a while.
Laughter.
It was not mine (at first), it was thiers. I had made them laugh.
Once upon a time, I had been considered a funny guy, a comedian, I made alot of folks laugh. I realised this morning, that I had not been able to do so in a long time.
Once those gates were open, my laughter joined in. I walked into work a little taller, with my shoulders back. I saw people around me and a sky above me.
It strikes me as we go to meetings and struggle against picking up, that it is easy to be negative, down, depressed and hopeless. Pick yourself up. Smile. Make someone else smile and ENJOY everything around you. Sure it is hard, but you have to go uphill in order to get a better view!
Be posative today my friends. The saying is true. Smile, and the world smiles with you!!

Good Afternoon Carol I just joined the site after laughing out loud at your message I too have found it hard to find a big enough glass to meet my one glass a day limit...it helps to laugh at ourselves...we do know how to have fun!
