Alcohol related health problems
After revisiting any and all symptoms I have had over the years, I had visited the doctor a week or so ago about some throat problems I have been having. tickling and phlegm in my chest. I even realized today that there was soreness in my throat under my ears. After some research, I had found out that drinking is a contributor to GERD (I've had reflux for quite a while) and other esophageal and stomach problems. I was surprised to see how much can actually be related to alcohol. I am hopeful that most or even all of the physical symptoms I have will soon be resolved. It's funny how oblivious we all are to the harm we do to ourselves when we listen to our junky mind.

after I stopped drinking, I was bombarded with a list of health problems, GERD, IBS, Acid reflux, diverticuli, ulcers.and panic disorder...I didnt realize that I was self-medicating with the booze, until I stopped using...
