10 days and a surprise compliment

On day 10 and doing well so far, physically feeling much better. One of my co-workers came up to me yesterday and asked me if I was OK? I asked why and he said because your face doesn't look like a stop sign like it always does. Made me feel great.

It really is amazing how quickly the skin tone changes after you quit. I had many similar experiences.
