Keep surfing! For years surfing WAS my therapy. (not saying it should replace it, but just saying its incredibly theraputic)

It's amazing what a few hours just out on the ocean can do for your mind.

Keep it going! Sounds like you are doing great! I didn't quite understand if your going through this cold turkey or if your doctor was prescribing meds to help, but my doc prescribed me Librium to take for a few days along with Naltrexone. The Librium helps with the withdrawal symptoms and the Naltrexone helps control the cravings. I'm only on day 3, but I've had very few withdrawal symptoms other than a few shakes the first day and some hot/cold sweats. The Librium makes me want to sleep all day, which is probably a good thing so I can avoid most of the withdrawals. I don't know what the next few days will bring, but so far I feel pretty good. You might look into that if you are having any problems as the days go on.
