Once More Unto The Breach
i'm sixty days sober today. the past two months have been frustrating, peaceful, grueling, easy, humbling, confident, agitated, lonely, joyous, hopeless, happily content, miserably sad, neurotic, calm, defeating, triumphant, and about a thousand other things. it's been real.
NC, what you described is kind of the essence of mindfulness, the awareness of what is. The awareness that all the different thoughts and feelings we experience are only a manifestation of the mind doing what minds do and there's little truth in any of it. That's the only truth you'll find as the mind dances from one thought or feeling to the next.
Here's a good torrent to download, The Pirate Bay - The galaxy's most resilient bittorrent site , he explains it much better than I could. Anyhow it's great to hear you're doing well NC, just keep on keepin on, the pieces will fall into place.
Forward we go...side by side-Rest In Peace
