On Day 75...
Sleep has improved. For the last week or so I had some stomach issues, sort of like a mild gnawing/burning sensation which would come and go. That seems improved, but now off and on I feel a mild nausea sensation. It seems like when I "quit drinking" there is a period where this occurs. This is the longest I've gone with absolutely no beer since 2006. When I did drink, originally say 2006-2007 it was almost nightly, but since say 2008 it was a few times a week, anywhere from 3-10 beers over a long afternoon/evening with lots of a few weeks off here and there with a few 30 day stints.
I did go to the doctor for this back in 2009 (it came upon after NYE in 2008 after a long night of "partying") Was diagnosed with "too much stomach acid" - prescribed the prescription version of Prilosec.
I've read on the web that it can be common for mild gastritis/digestion issues to come along following getting sober. Just wondering if anyone here has dealt with stomach issues/nausea in early sobriety? It is part of the process?
Thanks!

Please do check again with your doctor....regardless of why...there is no point in being uncomfortable with this situation.
Well done on your sober time...
